Artwork deadline for HTUF is September 20, 2010.
Mechanical Requirements

ShowTimes is ONLY accepting advertising in digital format. NO film will be accepted.

ShowTimes is four-color saddle-stitched. Stock weight is 70-80 lb. gloss. Keep all live matter at least 3/8" from outer trim edges.

File Specifications: Four-color material must be accompanied by a suitable color proof (ie. color laser) to be used as a press color match. Color proofs will not be made before printing. All fonts and high-resolution images must be included with ad file.

All files should be accompanied by a laser proof of the contents of the disk and a file name. All files must be supplied at exact size and color, including bleeds if applicable. size, art, or type cannot be corrected.

All colors must be designated as process colors (CMYK). Spot, Pantone (PMS) or RGB colors will not print correctly.

Crop marks should be a minimum of .18 inch from trim. Bleed should be .125 inch on all sides.

Accepted file formats:

Press-ready PDF (preferred) All fonts included, no downsampling, highest resolution, etc. Include crop marks and bleeds in your file.
Bitmap files can be accepted if saved as a 300dpi tif, CMYK. Include crop marks and bleeds in your file.

Files may be supplied on CD or DVD. Disks will not be returned after use unless requested.

Trim sizes for a 9 x 12 inch ShowTimes publication based on a live area of 8 x 11 inches on the page.
